Before You Start

Do I need to speak Portuguese already?
Foundation level works for beginners. But if you know some Portuguese, you'll probably find Intermediate more useful. Contact us for placement guidance.

What's your refund policy?
Full refund if you withdraw before the second session. After that, we can offer partial refunds or credit towards future terms depending on circumstances.

When do autumn 2025 classes begin?
First week of September 2025. We'll send the exact schedule to enrolled students by mid-July 2025.
During Your Course

How much practice outside class?
Plan for 30-40 minutes daily. Pronunciation needs regular, short practice rather than long occasional sessions. We provide structured materials.

What if I miss a session?
We record group sessions (audio only). You'll get the recording plus notes. Private students can reschedule with 24 hours notice.

Can I switch levels mid-term?
Sometimes, yes. We assess this around week 4. If there's space in another group and we think it would help, we'll move you.
After Completion

Do you offer ongoing support?
Former students get continued access to our pronunciation library and can book occasional refresher sessions at reduced rates.

What comes after Intermediate?
We run an Advanced module starting January 2026 focused on regional variations and professional contexts. Previous students get priority enrolment.

Can I repeat a level?
Absolutely. Some sounds take longer. We offer 20% discount for returning students repeating the same level with fresh materials.
