Our Clerkenwell Space

We're tucked away near the Clerkenwell Road stop—a quiet corner that's perfect for focused learning. The area's got character, and our classroom reflects that.

Easy to Reach

Farringdon station is your best bet—about seven minutes on foot. Or catch bus 55 or 243 and hop off right outside. There's a Costa across the street if you arrive early.

Street parking exists but it's London, so I'd honestly recommend the tube. There's a bike rack two doors down if you're cycling.

First visit? The door is slightly set back from the street. Look for the burgundy sign with our name—you can't miss it once you spot it.

Why Drop By?

See the Space

Photos never quite capture the vibe. Pop in to check out where classes happen and meet whoever's around that day.

Chat Over Coffee

We keep a decent espresso machine. Seriously. Come have a cup and ask whatever's on your mind about learning Portuguese.

Try a Sound

Curious about that tricky nasal vowel? We can show you right there how your mouth should move. Makes more sense in person.

Quick Answers

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Not required, but it helps. During class hours we're obviously teaching, so calling ahead means someone can actually sit down with you properly.

Can I bring my kids along?

Absolutely. We don't run children's programs currently, but they're welcome to tag along while you're checking things out. We've got some books lying around to keep them occupied.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. Ground floor entrance, no steps. The bathroom is accessible too. Let us know in advance if you need any specific accommodations.

When do autumn 2025 courses start?

First week of September, probably around the 8th. We're finalizing the exact schedule now—reach out in May or June for confirmed dates and remaining spots.
